Deborah Gill
Deborah grew up in Salt Lake City and graduated from Ricks College, (BYU-Idaho) Utah State University and the New York Institute of Photography.
She has been involved in the art world for over 40 years and has a strong background in design and art.
Deborah served on the Board of the Hanna Art Guild, (Wyoming) The Charlotte Art League, (North Carolina) Idaho Falls Art Guild, (Idaho) Eagle Rock Art Guild, and (Idaho) and is co-founder of The Pastel Society of the Northern Rockies.
Currently she is the Vice President of The Pastel Society of the Northern Rockies and Idaho and Wyoming State Ambassador for the Portrait Society of America.
In 2010 Deborah receiving the Portrait Society of America’s Award of Excellence.
Deborah’s award winning works have been displayed in museums, private collections and galleries throughout the United States.
Her philosophy is to make each portrait a work of art rather than a snapshot. She does all the work, from beginning to end, to ensure that each piece maintains her standards and vision.
